Magic Minute

July 2023

Lord of the Rings has crossed over with Magic: The Gathering and it’s been excellent. If you’ve ever wanted to play Magic, but don’t know how, there’s a new introductory event happening with LOTR.

On the 8th we’ll be holding a “Magic Celebration” event, players will receive two jumpstart packs that will combine together to create a deck to learn and play within the event. In addition, anyone who creates an account on the Magic Companion app and uses it to sign up will also receive an exclusive set of 3 LOTR-inspired dice. Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth has more in store this July.

On the 7th we have the release of the Gift Bundle for LOTR, this bundle includes everything a normal bundle does in addition to a Collector Booster Pack and a new spin-down die. All our usual drafts will also be Tales of Middle-Earth drafts for this month as well.
