Magic Minute

August marks the continued release of Bloomburrow! This new set will feature in all of our FNM drafts for August. On the Friday the 2nd at 6:30 and Saturday the 3rd at 1:00, we’ll be holding release weekend drafts. If you showed up to pre-release and you show up to one of these events you’ll be entered into a raffle for a box of Bloomburrow Set Boosters. 

 

The release of Bloomburrow also means that standard Rotation is finally here. Midnight hunt, Crimson Vow, Kamigawa, and Capenna are leaving the standard format. Every Saturday at 6:00 I’ll be holding Standard Showdown. Make sure to get your practice in, because I’ll be holding my Store Championship on August 31st at 1:00, with the grand prize being a textless promo Urza’s Saga! This is sure to be an exciting month for Magic players, especially standard enthusiasts!
