Fall into November

Fall is in the air, and as the temperature drops, what better way to stay warm than by coming down to Pair A Dice Games and playing in our events? We have tons of events this month, so if you are looking for a place to keep warm, look at what events we have for the month.

We start the month on November 1st with the Prerelease of the newest set of Star Wars Unlimited, Twilight of the Republic. This will be a sealed event starting at 645 pm sharp, and you can sign up right now via our website here.

We are happy to be supporting the North County Pathfinder Society again this year for their Extra Life Charity event on November 2nd. This event is free, but a $10 donation will enter you into the raffles for items donated to the event. 

We will be running four tables during our two-time slots: 10 am-2:30 pm and 3:30-8 pm

November 8th, 9th, and 10th, see the prerelease of Magic the Gathering's newest set, Foundations. Designed to be the new functional "core set," this set will be in the standard format for the next five years, and the packs will always be available. We have four events over the weekend: November 8th at 630 pm, two events on November 9th at 12 PM and 5 PM, and the fourth event on November 10th at 2 PM.

The release of Star Wars Unlimited Twilight of the Republic is on November 8th, and our friends at the SoCal Syndicate, a local group of Star Wars Unlimited players, will be hosting the SoCal Syndicate Sealed Showdown. 

Players will begin the day with sealed for six rounds of Swiss (best of 3), then the top 8 will move to a draft. 64-person max with prizes based on attendance. Prizes will include packs, showcases, and/or unique swag based on attendees. Details can be found using this link here: https://tinyurl.com/SoCalSealed

November 15th and 16th will be our Magic the Gathering Foundations release events. These will be draft events to celebrate the set's release, and everything will be available to purchase.

November 16th will also be our MMMM, Mighty Monthly Marvel Meetup. Free to all of our Marvel Champions LCG subscribers or make an $8 purchase in-store and get promo packs. Players of all ages and skill levels are invited!

We wrap up the month of events on November 23rd with two events. The first is the 2024 Arkham Nights event for Arkham Horror LCG. This time, our investigators will be pitted against each other as they all attend the Midwinter Gala. Each group will choose a faction to side with, and each group will have its own rivals. Which team of investigators will prove themselves the strongest and smartest to their faction and win? Entry into the event will be a $10 purchase of something in-store or free to our Arkham Horror subscribers.

November 23rd will also be our End of the Year Store Championship event for Magic The Gathering, starting at Noon. Entry will be $10, and the format will be standard.
