No June Gloom at Pair A Dice Games

Summer vibes are coming at Pair A Dice Games and there will be no June Gloom with us. A month full of events, let's check out what is coming up this month.

We kick off the month with our Lorcana Set Championship for the Wilds Unknown set on June 6th. Wilds Unknown has been an extremely popular set and we are excited to see how this set has shaken up the meta. This is the same week our Lorcana League is starting up on Mondays, so a perfect time if you are a Lorcana player looking to play some games.

Riftbound has been increasing in popularity in store. Our weekly Nexus Night events have been getting upwards of 16 players every week and we are excited for the first Summoner Skirmish for the Unleashed set this month. On Saturday, June 13th, we will be hosting out event. All participants will receive some free Unleashed packs and additional prizing going to the top players.

Not to be shown up by the other cards games, the newest Magic the Gathering Set, Marvel Super Heroes, releases this month! Starting on Friday, June 19th, the prerelease events start. This set brings with it Heroes from Marvel like Black Panther, Wolverine, Iron Man, and the Fantasic Four. There will be four prerelease events over that weekend, one on Friday, two on Saturday, and one last one on Sunday. We will also have product available for purchase prerelease weekend. The following week we will see our release draft events on both Friday and Saturday, June 26th and 27th. If you play in both weekends, you could win a booster box of Marvel Super Heroes!

June 27th sees the return of Free RPG Day! Free RPG Day works with top RPG publishers to create the can’t miss RPG event of the year at specialty game stores around the world. Come out and grab some quick-start rules, funny adventures custom from the publishers, and play some games from our local GMs! We will have multiple tables running one-shots to give you an experience of some of these rpgs. This is a free event with some awesome stuff. There are even some limited items that will be raffled off to randomly to those who come by.
