September is shaping up to be a month full of events. We have events planned every Saturday of the month with plenty of different games, so there is something for everyone.

We start off on Sunday, September 1st with a Netrunner Tournament. While the game has gone the way of print and play, we still love supporting the community that has stuck with it this whole time. Sign-ups are at Noon, and round one starts at 1 PM.

Midweek on September 3rd we have the release of the 2024 Edition Players Handbook for Dungeons and Dragons. This is an update to the 5th edition ruleset released back in 2014. Fully compatible with any book released for the 5th edition, these rules look to revamp the classes that have needed some updates. On September 4th, we are encouraging everyone to come out and play the new edition.

On September 7th, we will be hosting a launch event for the Heroscape. Brought back from obscurity by Renegade Games, we are hoping to bring that community to Pair A Dice. We will have demos going through most of the morning and end with a tournament. More information to come.

September 14th is a big day for Pair A Dice Games. A war has broken out on Mars and our Keyforge players must decide which side we are to support. This will be a sealed event, so players will only need to bring their tokens to play. You will receive two decks and some martian civil war cards. The fun starts at Noon!

We will also be hosting an Altered TCG launch day on the 14th. From 11 AM to 1 PM, we will be running demos of the new TCG. Altered is an innovative TCG offering a new, refreshing approach to competitive and casual players. Set in a universe of rich lore and visual design (influenced by Miyazaki's work and Dixit-like illustrations), this game explores a new, reshaped Earth after a mysterious event, the Confluence, profoundly altered it. Then at 1 PM, we will be running an intro tournament. Players will receive two booster packs, and then get to choose a starter deck and modify it with the cards they opened. This is perfect if you are looking to get into the game.

The last two weekends of the month are dedicated to Magic the Gathering. September 20th, 21st, and 22nd are the prerelease events for Duskmourn: House of Horror. It’s a new horror-based plane that looks very promising. Our prelease events will be sealed and we will have everything available for purchase the weekend of the prerelease.

September 27th and 28th will be the release events for Duskmourn. These events will be drafts and if you played in any of our prerelease events, you could win a play booster box of Duskmourn. 

The 28th will also be our monthly Marvel Champions Meetup, now called the Mighty Monthly Marvel Meetup. MMMM for short. This event is free for LCG subscribers or a $8 purchase.
